摘要
信息通信技术(ICT)投资对经济增长和劳动生产率的提高具有显著影响,要想深入研究ICT投资对经济增长的作用,就必须以一套完整的ICT资本存量数据作为基础。为此,本文利用可获得的原始数据,在完成了确定ICT投资额的计算方法、估算折旧率和ICT价格指数等工作的基础上,运用永续存盘法估算了1980-2007年全国ICT资本存量和1997-2007年各地区ICT资本存量。
Investment in information and communication technology （ICT） has a significant impact on economic growth and labor productivity. A complete data set of ICT capital stock plays a fundamental role in studying the relationship between ICT investment and economic growth. This paper introduces the method for calculating the amount of ICT investment, estimates the rate of depreciation and the ICT price index using original data, and estimates the national ICT capital stock from 1980 to 2007 and the provincial ICT capital stock from 1997 to 2007 through the use of a perpetual inventory method.
