摘要
目的 :探讨平衡钢板在下肢骨干骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法 :自1992年起共对32例下肢骨干骨折采用加压钢板不加压的平衡固定方法治疗。结果 :所治病例经平均18mo随访 ,骨折Ⅱ期愈合31例 ,Ⅰ期愈合1例。其中术后钢板断裂1例。平均16mo取除钢板12例 ,无再骨折发生。结论 :用平衡钢板治疗下肢长骨干骨折能明显减少Ⅰ期愈合率及钢板弯断率 ,避免再骨折 。
Objcctive:To study the value of application of balancing steel plate in diaphysial fractures of lower extremity.Methods:32 cases with diaphysial fractures of lower extremity has been treated with balancing steel plates since 1992.Results:After 18 month follow-up,31 cases have been healed by second intention.1 case has been healed by first intention.Only in 1 case,the plate has been broken.Conclusions:Application of balancing steel plate in diaphysial fractures of lower extremity could reduce the rate of healing by first intention,and increase the rate of healing by second intention.
