推拿治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎42例

Effect of Massage in Treatment of Infant Enteritis Infected with Rotavirus

目的 :观察推拿在治疗婴儿轮状病毒性肠炎中的疗效。方法 :将72例确诊患儿随机分为二组 ,两组患儿一般治疗相同 ,治疗组加推拿疗法。结果 :治疗组症状消失时间明显缩短 ,止泻时间治疗组为(38 5±15 5)h ,对照组(50 2±18 5)h ,差异有显著性意义(P<0 01)。治疗组总有效率为95% ,对照组为80 %(P<0 05)。结论 :推拿治疗婴儿轮状病毒性肠炎安全、有效、简便。

Objective:To study the effect of massage in treating rotavirus enteritis in infants.Methods:72 cases of definite-diagnosed patients were randomly divided into two groups.The common therapy was same in two groups and massage was provided to one of them.Results:the check-diarrhea time(38.5±15.5)in the massage group was remarkable shorter than that of the controls(50.2±18.5)(P<0.01).The total effective rate of massage group was 95%while the control group's was 80% Conclusion:Massage is effective,safe,simple, and cheap in treating rotavirus enteritis in infants.
