The Competitiveness and Economic Contribution of China's Emerging Strategic Industries——Taking photovoltaic industry as an example

以光伏产业为例,从全球价值链、市场结构、国民经济贡献度与地区分布四个方面,刻画了中国战略性新兴产业的竞争力与经济贡献度。分析表明:在全球能源匮乏的背景下,包括光伏产业在内的战略性新兴产业应抓住全球新一轮经济科技竞争的机遇,以掌握关键核心技术及相关知识产权为目标,挤入高附加值生产环节,从而实现快速发展。其中,产业政策的重心是加强顶层设计,同时积极构建以企业为主体的战略性新兴产业自主创新机制。

Taking the photovoltaic industry as an example, we describe the competitiveness and economic contribution of Chinese emerging strategic industry from the four aspects of global value chain, market structure, the contribution degree of national economy and regional distribution. The analysis shows that at the background of global energy shortage, the emerging strategic industries involving the photovohaic industry should grasp the new round of global economic and technologic competition to squeeze into the high value - addition production link and implement rapid development targeting the grasping of key core technologies and relevant intellectual properties.
