Based on the determination of transportable moisture limit of Class A solid bulk cargo specified in the mandatory Rules For International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargos, this paper introduced the flow table method for the determination of transportable moisture limit of coal from some aspects such as experimental theory, equipment, sample preparation and operating procedure. Moreover, it also stated that the standard of testing method for the determination of transportable moisture limit of coal was ought to be formulated as soon as possible.
