摘要
基于入厂入炉煤热值差是发电厂燃料管理中的重要控制指标,结合发电厂的生产实际情况以及热值差的相应理论依据,剖析了热值差产生的原因,分析了采制样的过程检查、来煤均匀性、入厂入炉水分差、化验和煤场存放对热值差的影响,指出加强采制样管理和煤场管理及根据煤质变化调整采样方案,可促进发电厂燃料精细化管理。
The calorific value difference between coal as received and coal as fired was an important control indicators in the tuel management of power plant, this paper combined the actual production situation and the corresponding theoretical basis of the calorific value difference, analyzed the causes of the calorific value difference. Moreover, this paper also discussed the main influencing factors of coal calorific value difference such as the process inspection of the sampling and sample preparation, the uniformity of the coal samples, the moisture difference between coal as received and coal as fired, the coal testing and the coal yard storage. In order to promote the meticulous management of fuel in the power plant, it was indicated that the coal sampling and preparation management should be strengthened, the coal yard management should be improved, and the sampling method should be adjusted according to the change of the coal quality.
