Discussion on the improvement of the accuracy of coal quality inspection via modeling process management

针对各矿化验室检验中出现的误差进行原因分析,确定主要原因并采取模式化管理等措施。分析表明,可在实施技能培训、制定各岗位模式化操作流程和加强检验过程中的监督检查等方面采取相应的对策,以达到提高矿化验室检验准确度的目标。

The errors occurred in the coal testing in laboratories of each coal mine were analyzed in this paper, then, the main courses were determined and the modeling management was implemented. The analysis showed that in order to improve the accuracy of the laboratory testing, the appropriate measures should be taken from aspects such as implementation of skills training,specification of the modeling operation process for each position, and the improvement of the supervision and inspection of the testing process.
