九里山矿选煤厂生产系统的技术改造

Discussion on the technical transformation of production system in coal preparation plant of Jiulishan coal mine

针对九里山矿选煤厂原有生产系统存在的生产能力不足、设备严重老化、精煤水分高等问题,对生产系统进行了相应的技术改造。结果表明,对运输系统、煤泥水处理系统进行扩能改造和更新主要洗选设备及新建粗煤泥回收系统后,实际生产的选矿效果良好。

Regarding to original production system in coal preparation plant of Jiulishan coal mine which had some shortages such as lack of production capacity, serious degrading of equipment, high moisture of clean coal, this paper discussed the corresponding technical transformation of production systems, such as capacity expansion of the transportation system and the slime water treatment system, updating of main coal preparation equipment and new construction of coarse slime recovery systems. It was indicated that through the technical transformation, a good processing effect was achieved in the actual production.
