摘要
针对KZG系列程控隔膜压滤机在临涣选煤厂实际使用过程中所出现的常见故障进行分析,从压滤机滤布及滤板损坏、电控液压系统故障等方面阐述了该种压滤机的检修与保养措施。
The common faults occurred in actual use of KZG series program control membrane filter press in Linhuan coal preparation plant were analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the damage of filter cloth and filter plate and the fault of electronically controlled hydraulic system, the corresponding measures of repair and maintenance of the filter press were described.
