一种快速生成CE-Bézier旋转曲面的新方法

摘要 为了解决工程旋转曲面形状难以调节和控制的问题,提出了一种带两个形状参数的新型旋转曲面—CE-Bézier旋转曲面。基于超限向量值有理插值函数,结合含有两个形状参数的三次多项式基函数进行旋转曲面的设计,该方法生成的CE-Bézier旋转曲面不仅具有灵活的局部形状可调性,而且保留了Bézier曲面的特性。本研究给出了具体的数值实例,结果表明本研究的设计方法不仅简便、有效,而且易于控制旋转曲面的形状,从而可以广泛地应用于各种CAD/CAM曲线曲面造型系统中。 To solve the problems in adjusting and controlling shapes of rotational surface,a new rotational surface-CE-Bézier rotational surface with two shape parameters is proposed.Based on the transfinite vectored rational interpolating function,the rotational surface with two shape parameters are represented using three order polynomial primary functions.The CE-Bézier rotational surface inherits the outstanding properties of the Bézier surface,with a good performance on adjusting their local shapes by changing the two shape parameters.Some properties of the rotational surface and applications in rotational surface design are discussed.The modeling examples illustrate that a new simple rotational surface applied is provided.The research results indicate that the design method in this research is not only simple and effective but also easy to control the shape of rotational surface,whereby this new method can be adaptable to the CE-Bézier rotational surface shaping system of CAD/CAM of various types.
