摘要
汽车水箱是汽车热交换器的重要部件,其性能和质量关系到汽车的品质.为了减重和提高其散热效果,对翅片用铝箔提出了超薄、高强和抗下垂的要求.对用于汽车水箱翅片的0.065 mm厚的铝箔加工工艺进行了研究.研究结果表明,成品冷加工率为45%的铝箔,具有较好的、适用于翅片成型的室温力学性能;钎焊后,能使翅片获得沿轧制方向粗而大的晶粒组织,该组织晶界强度大,阻止了高温下晶界的滑移,具有较好的抗下垂性能.
The radiator is an important component of the automobile heat exchanger. The performance of the radiator determines the automobile quality. In order to reduce the weight and enhance heat dissipation capability, Aluminum foil used for radiator fin stock needs to be uhrathin, with high strength and sag resistant. In this paper, a cold-reduction process of 0.065 mm Aluminum foil used for fin stock is researched. The research shows that Aluminum foil with the cold reduction ratio of 45 % has good mechanical properties for fin stock formability at room temperature. After being brazed, such Aluminum foil gains big-size grains along the rolling direction. The big-size grains enhance the strength along the rolling direction and prevent the grain boundary from sliding, and therefore provide the foil with excellent sag resistance capability.
