摘要
介绍一种超低像素非制冷红外焦平面成像技术,该技术利用32×32或64×64红外焦平面阵列,在10~20米距离内,120°角的扇形立体空间范围内,对不同的动态发热源进行热成像处理,利用处理后的图像及占空比用于安防、汽车、空调、节能及物联网等领域,该技术打破了常规红外热成像仪的使用模式,大大降低了它的价格与体积,拓展了使用范围及产业化的领域。
This article presents a popular technique based on super-low resolution uncooled infrared focal plane array, of which the resolution can be 32 × 32 or 64×64. Within a distance of 10 to 20 meters, and within the three-dimensional space range of 120 ° angle sector, its thermal image can be processed, and applied to the video surveillance, automobile security, smart ener-gy, internet of things and etc.. This is a break-through technique compared to other usage of thermal camera. The price and the size of the product based on this technique can be greatly re-duced. Therefore, the field of usage and industrialization is widely expanded.
