摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对卡扎里密封垫圈进行应力分析及结构优化。在满足强度要求的情况下,以密封面的接触压力最大化为优化目标。对比优化前后的接触压力分布,得到了最合理的结构形式及尺寸,为卡扎里垫圈的结构优化设计提供了依据。
The stress analysis and structure optimization of Casales seal washer were carried out by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Maximizing contact pressure of sealing surface was regarded as the optimization target under meeting the strength requirements. The most reasonable structure and size were obtained by comparing the contact pressure distribution before and after optimization, which can provide the basis for the structural optimization design of Casales seal washer.
