摘要
利用HCl和NaOH分别处理造纸污泥,将污泥中的胞外的聚合物(EPS)提取出来用于处理造纸废水,测处理后水样的化学耗氧量(COD),探索EPS处理造纸污水的效果。结果表明:当用HCl提取的EPS用量为1.3×10-4 g/mL时,污水的CODCr比初始值增加了20.3%;当用NaOH提取的EPS用量为3.5×10-4g/mL时,污水的CODCr比初始值增加了33.6%。
In this research, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide was used to deal with the paper sludge for extracting the EPS to dispose the wastewater. The result was observed through measuring the chem- ical oxygen demand. The results showed that the CODcr increased 20.3 % as the HC1-EPS liquid is added 1.3×10^-4 g/mL (waste water), when adds NaOH-EPS liquid 3.5 ×10^-4 g/mL (waste water), the CODcr increased 33.6%.
