摘要 为找出中国汽车企业在"走出去"过程中存在的问题,推动企业国际化进程,文章对中国汽车企业的"走出去"现状进行了分析。总体上来说,目前主要企业均已在海外建立了生产工厂,海外并购也日趋活跃,但企业"走出去"战略尚不明晰,缺乏整体规划,导致中国汽车企业海外形象不佳,对海外市场控制乏力。因此得出:中国汽车企业要明确海外发展战略,注重海外销售网络的建立,注重诚信经营,努力融入当地社会。 In order to find out the problems in the process of Chinese automobile enterprises for going global, promote the process of the enterprise internationalization, the paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese automobile enterprises for going global. Generally speaking, major enterprises have established factories overseas and overseas acquisitions are becoming inc^asingly active, but the strategy of the enterprises "going global" is not clear yet and is lack of overall planning, which results in the poor image of Chinese automobile enterprises overseas and a weak control on oveseas markets. Therefore,Chinese automobile enterprises must have a clear overseas development strategy, focusing on the establishment of overseas sales network, focusing on integrity management so as to integrate into the local community.
