摘要
整车密封性影响整车的NVH性能和空调性能,为了更有效地管控整车密封性能,文章依据整车密封性相关检测标准的要求,使用烟雾仪和整车漏气测量仪,找出了影响整车密封性的因素,主要为车门的声学封装、车身孔洞、密封条及后通风口,并使用整车漏气测量仪对各影响因素进行试验验证,结果表明:后通风口和车身孔洞对整车密封性影响较大,为在后续车型设计过程中提高整车密封性能提供了参考和方向。
I'he vehicle tightness hats effect on vehicle NVH and AC performance. In order to control vehicle tightness effectively,the influencing factors on vehicle lightness are found by means of smoke detector and air leak gauge according to criterion related to wehicle tightness.After test validation is performed using a vehicle air leak gauge, it is concluded that aeoustic tightness, body opening have significant effect on vehicle tightness, it provides reference in the design of subsequent models.
