摘要
国内建筑市场的持续繁荣,带来经济增长的同时,也使得建筑行业水平不断提高。但与此同时,相关的问题也比比皆是,其中较为突出的如建筑设计与实际建造之间的差异。造成这一现象的原因众多,本文试图从各方沟通,施工管理及建材选用三方面进行分析,提出建筑行业中存在的一些不当之处,并以此为鉴,为该行业更加规范地发展提出相关见解。
The domestic construction market keeps booming during last decades, it brings economic growth and also makes the construction industry level enhances. But at the same time, related problems appear with it. One of the prominent problems is the difference between architectural design and actual construction. This phenomenon is caused by many issues, and this article attempts from three aspects which are the communication, construction level and material choosing to put forward some inappropriate aspects in the construction industry, and take them as warnings, and bring some related suggestions to the industry for its more the norm.
