高炉喷煤烟煤与无烟煤混合喷吹改造

Mixed Blowing Transformation of Bituminous Coal and Anthracite of Blast Furnace Coal Injection

江苏长强钢铁有限公司现有2座500 m3高炉,建有一喷煤车间供这两座高炉喷煤。由于当初设计时仅能喷吹无烟煤,考虑到高炉喷煤的发展趋势及煤资源情况,拟将对喷煤车间进行改造,改造后能喷吹烟煤或烟煤和无烟煤混合煤。

There are two 500 m^3 blast furnace in Jiangsu Changqiang Steel Co., Ltd. A coal injection workshop was built for coal injection of them. Because only anthracite can be blown for the original design, the coal injection workshop is needed to be recon-structed taking into account the development trend of blast furnace coal injection and the situation of coal resources. After blowing transformation, the mixed coal of bituminous coal and anthracite could be blown.
