塞迪维尔玻璃绝缘子(上海)有限公司是一家生产玻璃绝缘子的领先国际的外资公司,自动化流水线设备都用到压缩空气,公司采用的是英格索兰R160IU机组,此机组存在频繁加卸载现象,耗电量问题和气量浪费严重。经过考察论证,在2011年4月份进行了变频技术改造。经过近一年多的实际运行,压力稳定,节能效果显著。为公司取得了良好的经济效益。
Sadieville Glass Insulator （Shanghai） Co., Ltd. is a leading corporation with foreign capital producing glass insulators, whose automated assembly line equipments are used with compressed air. Ingersoll Rand R160IU unit used by the company is of loading and unloading frequent phenomenon, seious power consumption and gas waste. After investigation and evaluation, frequen-cy technological transformation has been made in April 2011. After nearly a year of running, the pressure is stable, and energy-saving effect is remarkable, which achieved good economic benefits for the company.
