Analysis of Mining Wasteland Planning Program in Gaoping City of Shanxi Province

通过复垦历史遗留的工矿废弃地,与新增建设用地相挂钩,使废弃建设用地得到盘活调整和改造利用,增加土地有效供给,提高土地资源的综合承载能力。同时,通过因地制宜地复垦历史遗留的工矿废弃地和基础设施废弃地,促进环境综合治理恢复,推动可持续利用和发展。

Through linking the reclamation of mining wasteland left over by history with the new construction land, abandoned construction sites could be made an inventory adjustment, transformed and utilized, to increase the effective supply of land, im-prove the overall carrying capacity of the land resource. Meanwhile, reclaim the mining wasteland left over by history and infras-tructure wasteland considering the local conditions, to promote the comprehensive management of environmental recovery, and promote the sustainable use and development.
