摘要
环境监测是环境保护工作和环境科学研究的基础,在防治污染、保护生态环境和制定环保政策等工作中起着重要的技术支持、技术监督和技术服务等作用。对中国环境监测工作质量管理的问题及其对策进行了探讨。
Environmental monitoring is the basis of environmental protection work and environmental science research, which plays important roles of technical support, technical supervision, and technical services in preventing pollution, protecting ecologi-cal environment and developing environmental policy. This paper discussed the problems of quality management of environmental monitoring and its countermeasures in China.
