摘要
针对现实工作中仅关注产生故障的装备本身,而忽略了对其部件进行可靠性寿命评估的现状,提出了一种基于威布尔分布的武器装备部件寿命评估方法。论文阐述了威布尔分布的概念及数学含义,介绍了威布尔曲线的建立方法;利用少量故障样本的数据,定性地分析装备故障状况,并提出了相应的维修方案。最后通过实例证明,该方案能够准确的描述部件寿命情况,对装备维修管理具有很好的指导意义。
Based on the present situation that people only pay attention to the equipment with failure in practical work,while ignoring assess reliability life of components,a kind of method of assessing components life based on Weibull distribution is proposed.This paper describes the concern and mathematical meaning of Weibull distribution,introduces the establishment of Weibull curve.It can analyze the condition of equipment fault qualitative with a small amount of fault sample data.And a corresponding scheme is presented.Finally,an example prove that the method can accurately describe the situation of component life,and have a good guide for equipment maintenance management.
