室内运动场馆O_2和CO_2实时监测与学生体质健康保障机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨室内运动场馆O2和CO2的变化浓度对学生体质健康的影响,通过实时监测,确定适宜学生身心健康运动的O2和CO2浓度范围。方法:实时监测240名学生室内运动场馆活动时的温度、O2和CO2浓度;测试受试者递增负荷运动心率和血乳酸并记录分析。结果:受试者活动40min,室内运动场馆CO2达到0.113%,临近最低标准;15min后心率阈值达到155.46±6.3次/min;3min后受试者血乳酸阈值4.86mmol/L。结论:安静状态下,受试者在室内和室外运动场馆的心率无明显差异,进行递增运动负荷至力竭,室内运动场馆心率上升明显,受试者室内运动的心率阈值比室外运动提前3min。受试者进行递增运动负荷持续至力竭,室内受试者血乳酸浓度上升幅度明显高于室外,血乳酸阈值比室外提前5min。 For researching the influence between the change of O2 and CO2 concentration and students physical health, this pa- per determines the suitable concentration by time monitoring. We measure temperature and concentration of O2 and CO2 in the indoor sports venue in which there are 240 students, then record body temperature, heart rate (HR) and blood lactate thresh- old (BLT). After 40 minutes in indoor sports venue, the concentration of O2 is 0.113% , and it nears the lowest standard; The HR is 155.46 ± 6.3 times per minute after 15 minutes ; The BLT is 4.86mmol/L after 3 minutes. Conclusions : The HR of athletes is no obvious difference when athletes are in indoor and outdoor sports venues quietly, when the exercise load con- tinues to exhaustion, indoor sports venues HR raises obviously, and indoor sports venues in the participants'HR threshold than outdoor sports venues heart rate threshold in advance in 3 minutes. There is no obvious difference at athletes' blood lactic acid in indoor or outdoor sports venues when they are in a quiet state, for increasing exercise load until exhaustion, indoor sub- jects' blood lactic acid concentration increased significantly higher than outdoor subjects' , blood lactate threshold than out- door subjects' heart rate threshold in advance in 5 minutes.
