青海土族和藏族MICA基因多态性与RA相关性分析 被引量:1

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MICA POLYMORPHISM AND RA SUSCEPTIBILITY IN ETHNIC GROUPS OF TU AND TIBETAN FROM QINGHAI PROVINCE

摘要 目的分析青海土族、藏族MICA基因多态性与RA相关性。方法以荧光PCR微卫星分型、MICA*Del检测以及HLA-B PCR/SSP分型方法分析了青海土族、藏族MHC I类链相关基因A(MICA)多态性及与RA的相关性。数据处理用SPSS11.5软件采用校正χ2检验方法进行分析。结果青海土族、藏族MICA等位基因频率中,土族的MICA相对高频率等位基因依次为MICA*00801、MICA*00201、MICA*018等;而藏族的则为MICA*016、MICA*00801、MICA*00201、MICA*015;土族MICA的相对低频率等位基因为MICA*00701、MICA*035、MICA*00902、MICA*017;藏族MICA的相对低频率等位基因为MICA*035、MICA*004、MICA*046、MI-CA*019、MICA*00701。青海土族、藏族MICA基因多态性与RA相关性:两组间OR率、95%C.I以及显著性检验均未显示两组间有显著性差异。结论青海土族、藏族MICA基因多态性与RA无明显易感相关性。 Objective To analyze the association between MHC class I chain -related genes A (MICA)polymorphisms and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in ethnic groups of Qinghai Tu and Tibetan nationalities. Methods The florescence microsatellite typing, MICA * Del detection and HLA - B PCR/SSP typing method were used to analyze the association between MICA polymorphisms and RA in ethnic groups of Qinghai Tu and Tibetan nationalities. Restilts The results showed that the relatively higher gene frequency of MICA in Tu nationality is MICA * 00801, MICA - 00201 ,MICA * 018 in turn and MICA * 016,MICA * 00801 ,MICA * 00201 ,MICA * 015 in turn in Tibetan; the relatively lower gene frequency of MICA in Tu nationality is MICA * 00701, MICA * 035, MICA * 00902, MICA * 017 in turn and MICA * 035, MICA * 004, MICA * 046, MICA * 019, MICA * 00701 in turn in Tibetan. The results of association analysis involving MICA and RA showed that there was no significant relation concerning OR rates, 95 % there is no province. C. I and significant detection between two groups. Conclusions It is considered that at least in this study remarkable association between MICA and RA susceptibility in Tu and Tibetan nationalities of Qinghai
