摘要
目的探讨牦牛活性蛋白的免疫调节作用。方法实验小鼠随机分为对照组、阳性药物对照组及牦牛活性蛋白高、中、低剂量组共5组。分别采用伊文思蓝比色法、四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法、半体内法和Jerne改良玻片法检测了牦牛活性蛋白对小鼠二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致迟发型过敏反应(DTH)、淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响,及巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响、致敏红细胞(SRBC)所致溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果与对照组比较,牦牛活性蛋白显著增强机体对抗原刺激的应答能力和小鼠淋巴细胞的转化能力,提高吞噬细胞的吞噬能力,并显著促进小鼠抗体形成细胞的生成作用。结论牦牛活性蛋白具有良好的免疫调节作用。
Objective To study the immunoregulating effect of Yak activated protein on murine immune system. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups as follows:control group, drug control group, high dose of activated protein group, middle dose group and low dose group. Evans Blue colorimetric method, MTT colorimetric method, semi - vivo method and modified Jernes method were adopted to determine the delayed - type hyper- sensitivity induced by dinitrochlorobenzene,lymphocyte proliferation, and the ability of phagocytosis and the title of hemolysin antibody, respectively. Results Compared with control group, Yak activated protein can enhance body responsibility to antigenic stimulation, lymphocytes transformation the ability of phagocytosis and antibody synthesis significantly. Conclusion Yak activated protein has a good effect on murine immunoregulation.
