摘要
针对相同炉型、相同吨位转炉的一次除尘系统采用相同型号的煤气鼓风机除尘效果相差较大的问题,从理论角度探讨了在铁水装入量和脱碳速度相同的生产条件下,计算了不同地区转炉炼钢除尘机前风量的修正系数、电机功率的修正系数,进一步说明了不同地区大气压力对风机选型的影响。
The gas blowers of same model are used in preliminary dust removal systems of converters with same profile and volume, but their dust removing effects are so different. To that from the angle of theory, it is calculated and discussed the compensation factors for air - blasting volume anterior to dust remover and motor power in different regions under production conditions of same hot metal charging amount and decar- burizing speed, stated further the influence of atmospheric pressure in different region on type selection of blower.
