摘要 石钢炼铁厂1 080 m3高炉本体设计的主要特点是矮胖的炉型结构,适当加深了死铁层深度,"炭砖+陶瓷杯"复合炉底、炉缸结构,铁口区和风口区为组合砖耐材结构,炉体的关键部位使用了高性价比的低合金铸钢冷却壁,采用软水密闭循环和工业水相结合的炉体冷却系统。高炉投产以来,炉况稳定顺利,各项指标均已达到或超过设计目标值,这说明1 080 m3高炉设计是成功的。 It is introduced the design characteristics of 1 080 m3 blast furnace of Shi Steel: low and wide fur- nace profile to suitably increase the depth of dead iron layer, bottom and hearth being complex structure of " carbon brick plus ceramic cup" , composite brick of refractory materials at iron tapping hole and tuyere, low - alloy casting - steel cooling wall with high price performance adopted at key part of shaft, furnace shaft cooling system of combining soft water closed circulation and industrial water. After put into production the furnace condition has always been steady, various indexes all reach or exceed design target, the design can be considered successful.
