摘要
介绍了宣钢炼铁厂4#高炉运行过程中存在的主要问题。对炉顶设备备用、衬板、冲渣节能、炉前设备、热风炉和冷却设备进行了优化改造,保证了高炉检修时间最短最优,满足了高炉高强度稳定生产的要求。
It is introduced the main problems in operation of 4# blast furnace of Xuan Steel. The standby roof equipments, liner, saving energy in washing slag, cast- house equipments, hot blast stove and cooling e- quipments are optimized and reformed. That guarantees the maintenance time of blast furnace being shortest, meets the requirement of high - strength and steadv oroduction.
