摘要
针对宣钢1#高炉冷却壁和水管漏水的问题,在2012年2月、5月、8月休风期间安装了铜冷却柱,并在8月休风期间进行了造衬处理。造衬前后炉皮温度变化不大,造衬后炉皮打水量有所减少、铜冷却柱水温差略有下降。
To solve the problem of water leakage in cooling wall and pipe of 1# blast furnace of Xuan Steel, copper cooling columns were installed during delays in February, May and August of 2012, and lining - making is done in August. After that the temperature of furnace shell has been changed little, the water quan- tity on shell reduced a little, and water temperature difference of copper cooling column declined slightly.
