摘要
福建三安钢铁公司炼钢厂通过优化入炉原料结构、改进冶炼工艺、减少炉内待钢时间和钢包周转个数(加快热修包速度、加强钢包烘烤)、提高连铸拉速等措施,HRB335E钢的转炉出钢温度由1 680℃降至1 655℃,连铸钢水收得率由97.91%提高到98.86%,铸坯合格率达到99.96%,平均日产钢量大幅提高。
With measures adopted: optimizing furnace- feeding raw material structure, improving smelting process, reducing steel waiting time in furnace and number of circulating ladle ( speeding up ladle hot repair, strengthening ladle roast), increasing casting speed and etc. , the converter tapping temperature of HRB335E is lowered from 1 680 to 1 655 ℃, the yield of molten steel in continuous casting increased from 97.91 to 98.86% , qualified rate of casting billet got 99.96% , the average output per day of steel increased to a large extent.
