摘要
介绍了XK9350FA数控机床在轧钢生产中轧辊加工、辊环轧槽加工和使用后磨削中的应用,以及为适应生产进行的刀具改进。利用数控技术开发的数控月牙槽专用铣床,大大简化了轧辊、辊环修磨加工过程,提高了加工质量,使轧钢生产的机修设备配备及工作能力满足生产所需。
It is introduced the application of XK9350FA numerical controlled milling machine in roll working, roll ring groove working and roll grinding after used, as well as the improvement on cutting tools to suit for the production. Purposed numerical controlled crescent groove milling machine is developed and it makes re- pairing roll and roll ring simpler, improves working quality.
