摘要
介绍了承钢设备点检存在的问题,针对承钢生产设备的特点进行了科学分类。提出了强化设备点检明确责任、全员管理、为生产服务的理念,保证了生产设备的正常、连续、可靠运行,降低了设备维护成本。
It is introduced the problems in equipment determinated inspection, proposed the scientific classifi- cation according to the features of production equipments in Cheng Steel. An idea is proposed to strengthen determination of duty, staff management and serving for production, and that guarantees the normal, continu- ous and reliable operation of equipments, reduces cost of maintenance.
