摘要
汽油调合采用优化控制是炼油企业进一步提高产品质量和生产效益的必然手段。本文论述了汽油调合的控制方法、管道调合的优化技术,并以某大型炼厂汽油调合系统建设为例,介绍了汽油管道自动调合的优化设计,说明了优化控制系统的硬件软件系统配置、优化计算目标模型和优化控制过程。
The optimization of gasoline blending in the refinery is required to improve the quality of products and production efficiency.This paper describes the control methods of gasoline blending,optimization technology of pipe blending,and it takes the construction of gasoline blending system in one great refinery as an example,introduces the optimization design of automatic pipe blending.Furthermore,it presents the relevant hardware and software configuration,calculation target module and optimization control process.
