自动控制技术在长输管道中的应用提高了长输管道的运营效率及生产管理的安全性和可靠性,降低了恶劣工作环境对操作人员的影响。本文首先介绍了长输管道自控系统的组成、维护方式及维护范围,然后探讨如何利用自控系统日常维护中积累下来的故障处理数据进一步指导维护作业,从而提升自控系统维护管理水平,更好地为管道安全、稳定运行提供支持。

With the application of automatic control technology in the long-distance pipeline,the operational efficiency and production management of long-distance pipeline safety and reliability are greatly improved,and the impact of the poor working environment upon operating personnel is reduced.This paper first introduces the composition of the long-distance pipeline automation control system,a way of protection and the range of maintenance,then explores how to use the accumulated faults which have been solved in the routine maintenance of the automatic control system to process the data for the further guidance of the maintenance operations,in order to enhance the automatic control system,to maintain the level of management,to provide better support for the pipeline safe and stable operation.
