Application of PKS control system in Benzene and C9 industry experimentation device

本文阐述了苯和碳九烷基转移工业试验的工艺原理及应用;针对试验装置运行特点,采用霍尼韦尔PKS自动控制系统实现对装置过程参数的集中采集、远程监视和实时控制;并且重点论述了系统的组成和控制方案,对改造中存在的问题进行了分析和攻关。

In this article,Application and process principle of benzene and C9 industry experimentation device are introduced.Honeywell PKS automation control system is adopted based on the operating characteristics of the experimental device.Data cellection,remote monitoring and real-time control of process parameters can be realized through this system.The components and control scheme of the PKS automation control system are mainly discussed.The problems in modification work are analyzed and the relevant solution is proposed.
