摘要
本文介绍了基于FPGA的高速电缆瞬断测量技术,给出了系统组成及关键部分的设计思路,对控制模块、静态测试模块、动态测试模块的设计原理进行了说明,给出采用该技术研制的测试设备所达到的一些具体指标。采用该技术研制的设备能够测量并记录0.1us及以上级别的动态瞬断现象,并能记录其发生瞬断的时间、次数及发生瞬断时的阻抗曲线,对判断航空、航天系统及军用设备中电缆在振动条件下是否会发生瞬断现象有着十分重要的意义。
This article introduces a method of measuring cable short-break based on FPGA,gives the detailed description of this system and critical part of the design ideas(the control module,the static test module,the dynamic test module),and gives some specific index of the equipment designed by this technology.This equipment can measure and record 0.1us dynamic instantaneous breaking phenomenon,and can record the time when wink break happens.It is very important for testing cable in vibrate conditions for aerospace and military equipment.
