高职类通信技术专业建设探讨与实践——以苏州市职业大学为例

Research on the Construction Mode of Communication Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education: in the Case of Suzhou Vocational University

专业建设是提升高职院校办学质量、实现人才培养目标的关键.结合苏州市职业大学重点专业建设实践,探讨了高职类通信专业建设的一些基本思路,提出了"以就业为导向,产学研相结合"的人才培养模式的构建方案、"校企合作"实训基地的建设方案、"双师结构"教学团队的培养方案,以及专业教学质量评估等方面的教学改革措施.

Specialty construction is critical to talent training and the quality of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the practice of communication technology key construction profession at the Suzhou Vocational University, some basic construction ideas of higher vocational communication specialty are discussed in this paper. The teaching reform measures such as those, talents training mode based on the guidance of employment and the combination of production, study and research, the practice base construction of school-enterprise cooperation, teacher team construction of double division structure and the assessment of profession quality. As a result, the key specialty construction has received some achievements after practicing these methods.
