摘要
通过类比法,将复杂的行星排转化为一个杠杆系统进行研究.因为通过分析杠杆系统的杠杆点,确定不同行星排的构件连接,同时引入固定连接的概念,用以表示不同行星排之间的构件连接,这样不仅能够方便编号、易于程序实现,而且以固定连接件为依据将不同的方案予以分类,还保证了选择方案时的全面性,同时也明显缩短了程序的运行时间.
Complicated Planetary sets can be transformed into lever system by means of analogy method. After the analysis of different points of lever system, we can get accurate connections between elements of planetary gear sets. At the same time, we introduce the concept of Original Joints to simplify elements of gear sets. Then we classify planetary gearbox according to Original Joints to insure the comprehensiveness and rapidity of scheme selection.
