HPLC法测定肤康祛斑凝胶中熊果苷的含量

Determination of arbutin in fukang freckle-removing gel by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法方法测定肤康祛斑凝胶中熊果苷的含量。方法采用Lichrospher-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),水—甲醇(90∶10)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:283 nm,柱温为25℃。结果熊果苷在0.055 3～0.276 5 g.L-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为1.03%(n=9)。结论该法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of arbutin in fukang freckle-removing gel.Methods Arbutin was determined by HPLC with Lichrospher-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）as the chromatographic column and water-methanol（90：10）as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1and the detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.Results The linearity of the arbutin concentration and the peak area were both promising within the range of 0.055 3~0.276 5 g·L-1（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.89% with RSD of 1.03%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the analysis of arbutin in fukang freckle-removing gel.
