摘要
目的回顾分析冠心病与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)之间的关系。方法依据冠状动脉造影结果将185例患者(男112例,女73例)分为冠心病组(n=123)及对照组(n=62),根据冠脉病变支数和Gensini评分积分把冠心病分为不同亚组;对所有患者检测RDW结果,分析RDW与冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组RDW水平显著高于对照组[(14.19±1.15)%vs(13.53±1.40)%,P<0.005],随着冠脉病变支数的增加,RDW水平逐渐增加。RDW与冠脉Gensini积分呈正相关。结论冠心病组与非冠心病组RDW有显著差异。RDW与冠脉病变的严重程度呈正性相关,高RDW可能是冠心病的预测因素之一。
Objective To retrospective by analyze the relationship between patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and red cell distribution width(RDW).Method Based on the results of coronary angiography,185 patients(male 112,female 73)were divided into CHD group(n=123)and control group(n=62).Based on the number of coronary lesions and Gensini score coronary heart diseases were divided into different subgroups;RDW results were detected in all patients to analyze the relationship of RDW with coronary heart disease.Results In CHD group RDW levels were significantly higher than those of the control group[(14.19±1.15)% vs(13.53±1.40)%,P0.005].With the increase in the number of coronary lesions,RDW level gradually increased.RDW was positively correlated with coronary Gensini scores.Conclusion Between CHD group and non-CAD group RDW has significant difference.RDW is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.The high RDW is the possible predictive factor of coronary heart disease.
