摘要
蒲黄药用分生品及制品,传统中医理论认为蒲黄"生则能行,熟则能止"。随着研究的深入及临床应用的扩大,生蒲黄与蒲黄制品在止血、凉血及化瘀中均有应用,不囿于"生行熟止",而且现代蒲黄制品的制备方法不限于传统的炒、炭、炙,还包括提取物制剂、颗粒等。该文对中药蒲黄生品及制品的药理学活性及临床应用做一简要综述,为蒲黄的开发及应用提供参考。
Pollen typhae is divided into crude drug and products.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,crude drug makes the blood circulate,while products can be hemostatic.With the expansion of clinical applications and the depth of research,crude drug and products all can help hemostasis,cooling blood and blood circulation,which is not confined to the old traditional theory.And the preparations of modern pollen typhae products are not just limited to the traditional fried,charcoal,sunburn ways but include the extract preparation,particles.In this article we made a brief overview of the pharmacological activity and clinical application of Pollen typhae,to provide a reference for the development and application of Pollen typhae.
