微创腋臭切除术治疗腋臭的疗效 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨微创腋臭切除术治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法将201例(402侧)腋臭患者按随机数字表法分为3组:A组(48例、96侧)、B组(68例、136侧)、C组(85例、170侧)。A组采用传统梭形皮肤切除术,B组采用双平行小切口腋臭切除术,C组采用微创腋臭切除术。观察3组临床疗效及并发症(瘢痕增生、皮下积血、切口延迟愈合、皮肤坏死、感染)的发生情况。结果 3组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组瘢痕增生发生率均明显低于A组和B组(均P<0.05),C组切口延迟愈合发生率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论微创腋臭切除术治疗腋臭既保证了手术总有效率,又降低了瘢痕增生和切口延迟愈合等并发症的发生率,是手术治疗腋臭的理想方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive axillary resection on axillary osmidrosis. Methods A total of 201 patients with axiltary osmidrosis (402 sides) were treated with conventional fusiform skin resection (group A, 48 patients, 96 sides), double parallel small incision bromhidrosis resection (group B, 68 patients, 136 sides) or minimally invasive axillary resection (group C, 85 patients, 170 sides). Clinical effects and complications (scar formation,subcutaneous hemorrhage, delayed incision healing, skin necrosis and infection) were observed in the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate among the three groups(P〉0.05). Compared with group C,the incidence of scar formation obviously increased in group A and group B and the incidence of delayed incision healing elevated in group A (P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive axillary resection for axillary osmidrosis can increase total effective rate and reduce the incidences of scar formation and delayed incision healing. Therefore,it is an ideal surgical treatment for axillary osmidrosis.
