环介导等温扩增技术的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着检验医学的发展,一些分子生物学技术,如PCR^[1]、链置换扩增(strand displacement amplifica-tion,SDA)^[2]、依赖核酸序列扩增(nucleic acid sequence-based amplification,NASBA)及再生式序列复制反应(self-sustained sequence replication reaction,3SR)^[3]、等,在医学检验与诊断方面发挥了重要的作用。
