江西是旅游业大省,但导游人力资源却与大省地位不相匹配,这与导游人力资源的培训息息相关。本文分析江西导游人力资源培训存在的问题,提出加快江西导游人力资源培训的紧迫性,有针对性地提出对策。

Jiangxi is a big tourism province,but tour guide human resources do not match the status of a large province,which is closely related to the training of tour guides human resources.This paper analyzes the existing problem of Jiangxi tour guide training of human resources,puts forward speeding up the urgency of the training of human resources in Jiangxi tour guide and proposes appropriate countermeasures.
