摘要 阐述了构建具有认知能力的应急通信系统的背景,介绍认知无线电和认知网络的基本概念和技术特点,给出了支持应急通信的认知网络的体系结构和模型,并对认证处理引擎和可调节网络进行了说明。探讨如何将认知应急通信网络应用于城市突发事件、地震灾害救援、森林火情监控等应急场景,并展望该系统的发展趋势。 Background requirements of constructing cognitive e- mergency communication systems were expatiated and technicai traits of CR and CN were introduced. Network architecture and model of cognitive emergency communication system were pro- posed. CPE and SAN were explained too. Finally, several ap- plication scenarios, such as city incidents, earthquake rescue, forest fire monitorig, and future works of cognitive emergency communication network were discussed and prospected.
