摘要
分析登高平台消防车臂架铰接变幅机构,建立力学模型。基于ADAMS/Insight分析多变量对目标响应的影响因子,结合变幅油缸力为目标函数,对影响较大的设计变量进行优化计算,得到优化后各铰点坐标,为举高类工程机械臂架变幅机构设计与优化提供参考。
Do analysis in boom motion mechanism of hydraulic platform fire truck, and get the mechanical model. Have re- search for the impact factor of the design variables on objective by ADAMS/Insight. Set the fuel tank force as the objective, do optimization on the design variables which have greater impact, then get the optimization results which could provide reference for the design of boom motion mechanism on construction ma- chinery.
