A Primary study on the rapid breeding experiment of the“new-tai sugar NO.22” virus-free seeding in BaiSe sugarcane area

本试验选择新台糖22号脱毒组培苗作为研究品种,开展了组培苗及组培种茎一代的快繁过程试验,探索新台糖22号种性发挥规律。研究结果表明:组培苗与及组培种茎一代的栽培技术相差较大,组培种茎一代前期生长慢,分蘖多,产量和糖分接近于原种,综合性状表现略优于组培苗,且种性得到较大恢复。

This experiment selected the ＂New-Tai Sugar NO.22＂virus-free seeding was the experimental sample. In order to research on rapid breeding process from original seed to seed and explorate the Kind of play rules of the ＂New-Tai Sugar NO.22＂virus-free seeding.The result showed that： The Cultivation Technology many differences bewteen original seed and seed. In early stage, original seed grew slowly,but grew more tillers.The yield and sugar content between original seed and seed is Closly . In comprehensive traits of seed is good than the original seed, and the Kind of play rules of seed geting to done.
