载银壳聚糖抗菌剂制备的最优工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 基于正交实验设计方法,对载银壳聚糖抗菌整理剂制备的最优工艺进行了探讨.针对硝酸银用量、壳聚糖用量、pH值、温度与时间这5种因素,采用正交实验的方法求证其最优实验工艺.通过比较各组实验抑菌环的大小,确定了影响实验的主次因素,验证了实验方法的正确性. Based on orthogonal experimental design method, the research is focused on the Ag-loading Chitosan antibacterial finishing agent of the optimal preparation process. The five kinds of factors, such as silver nitrate dosage, chitosan dosage, pH, temperature, time are taken into consideration. Using the orthogonal experiment method, the researcher is verifying the optimal experimental process. By comparing each group of experimental bacteriostatic ring size respectively, the influence of the primary and secondary fac- tors is clarified , and the correctness of the experimental methods is verified as well.
