贝泻宁贴膏的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standards of Bexiening Tiegao

目的 :研究贝泻宁贴膏的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法 ( TLC)对贝泻宁贴膏中的苍术、丁香、冰片进行定性鉴别 ,用化学方法对其雄黄中的 As2 S2 进行鉴别及含量测定。结果 :建立了简便、灵敏、可靠的TL C方法。As2 S2 的平均回收率为 99.62 % ,RSD为 1.10 %。结论

OBJECTIVE:To study the quality of Beixiening Tiegao.METHODS:The identification of Rhizoma atractylodis,Flos caryophyllli and Borneolum syntheticum in Beixiening Tiegao were carried out by TLC.Also the determination and identification of As 2S 2 in Realgar were performed with chemical method.RESULTS:The simple,sensitive and reliable TLC identification method was established.The average recovery was 99.62%,and RSD was 1.10%.CONCLUSION:The method can be used for quality control of Beixining Tiegao.
