摘要 破乳是乳化液废水治理的前提。本文针对某铝业公司热轧车间产生的乳化液废水,采用混凝-气浮工艺对废浮化液进行了破乳试验,研究了硫酸亚铁+PAM对废乳化液的混凝-上浮影响。结果表明:硫酸亚铁加入量和pH值对破乳的影响较大,PAM加入量对破乳的影响相对较小;并从技术可行和运行成本两方面考虑,确定了最佳破乳条件,即硫酸亚铁加入量为0.4%、PAM加入量为0.004%、溶液的pH值控制在8的条件下,油去除率可达96%,COD去除率可达95%。 Demulsification is the premise of the treatment of waste emulsion.This paper investigates the impact of ferrous sulfate and PAM on the coagulation and floatation of the demulsification of waste emulsion in an aluminum corporation.The results show that the impact of pH and the amount of ferrous sulfate on the demulsification is relatively large and the impact of the amount of PAM is relatively small.Considering the technical feasibility and operation cost,the optimum experimental condition for the demulsification is that the amount of ferrous sulfate is 0.2%,the amount of PAM is 0.004% and pH is 8 when the removal rate of oil can reach 96% and the removal rate of COD 95%.
